摘要 急性心肌梗死(acute myocardial infarction,AMI)因其居高不下的发病率和死亡率[1],给人类健康造成了严重危害。随着近代医学的发展,临床上对AMI的诊疗已不再满足于单纯的定位诊断,而需要对梗死程度、心肌灌注和心脏功能做出精确测量,并对患者心室重构及远期预后做出精准评价。近年来,心脏磁共振(cardiac magnetic resonance,
