反复复发的皮肤上皮样血管内皮瘤

Repeated recurrence of cutaneous epithelioid hemangioendothelioma: a case report

报告1例皮肤上皮样血管内皮瘤。患者男,30岁。左肩背部丘疹和结节1年。皮肤科检查:左肩背部多发暗红色丘疹、结节,质中等。皮损组织病理:真皮层见梭形细胞和上皮样内皮细胞增生,呈巢状生长,部分上皮样内皮细胞可见胞质空泡。免疫病理:CD34、CD31、CD99、平滑肌肌动蛋白(SMA)和第8因子(FⅧ)相关抗原表达阳性,S-100蛋白,上皮细胞膜抗原(EMA)阴性。结合临床、组织病理和免疫病理诊断为皮肤上皮样血管内皮瘤。

Here a case of cutaneous epithehoid hemangioendothelioma（cEHE） is reported. A thirty-year-old man presented with one year history of nodules and papules on his left upper back. Physical examination revealed multiple, dark red papules and nodules with mild tenderness. Histopathologic examination showed proliferation of nested growing spindle and epithelioid endothelial ceils. Intracytoplasmic vacuoles were present in some epithelioid endothelial cells. Immunohistochemical staining was positive for CD34, CD31, CD99, SMA and factor VIII（FⅧ）-related antigen, and negative for S-100 and EMA. Therefore, the diagnosis of cEHE was made.
