Globalization and Chinese Foreign Policy

全球化是当前世界发展的客观趋势 ,在给中国发展提供机遇的同时 ,也给中国经济安全、政治安全和非传统安全带来挑战。面对全球化给国家安全造成的威胁 ,我国应有相应的外交策略 :继续扩大对外开放 ,积极参与改造国际体系 ;加强区域经济和安全合作 ;睦邻外交与全方位外交并举 ,以防范全球化带来的风险 ,为国内现代化建设创造和平的外交环境。

The world is becoming global. Globalization provides good opportunities for the development of China and meanwhile, it also brings the challenges on the economic, political and non-conventional safety. Thus, China should establish new foreign policy to deal with the new situation, that is, to continue broadening the open-door policy, join in the reform of the international system, strengthen the cooperation on regional economy and peace, good neighborhood friendship and all-round foreign policy, keep on guard the risk of globalization and establish a good and peaceful environment.
