摘要
针对山东省天安矿业集团有限公司星村煤矿综掘工作面开采深度大、煤层孔隙率低、煤尘透气性低、煤尘爆炸性强、冲击地压倾向性强现状,对综掘工作面粉尘防治提出减少原生粉尘、降低次生粉尘的防治措施,采取"减尘、控尘、抽尘、灭尘"的手段,通过煤层快速短壁注水减尘技术、长压短抽控尘抽尘技术、多喷雾联合运转灭尘技术的综合应用,有效的降低了综掘工作面粉尘浓度,杜绝了尘肺病,改善了作业条件,提高了劳动效率,保证了安全生产。
To solve the problem of high difficult of mining, the low porosity of coal seam,the poor breathability of coal dust,the strong explosi- bility of coal dust and the strong tendentiousness of rock burst of Xingcun coal mine of Shandong Tianan Coal Industry co.,Ltd,this thesis put forward the control measures of reducing the original dust and reducing the secondary dust in fully-mechanized coal mining face,and take the measures of reducing dust,controlling dust,drawing dust and eliminating dust,by comprehensive use the technology of quick shortwall injection of coal seam to reducing dust and the technology of short drawing dust with long pressure and the technology of mist spray to eliminate dust, which effective reduce the concentration of coal dust in fully-mechanized coal mining face,therefore put and end to pneumoconiosis and im- prove the working environment and ensure the safe production.
