深部大巷围岩控制技术研究

摘要 深部大巷,埋深较大,原岩应力较高,且该区域内复杂地质构造对其影响较大,围岩比较破碎,支护该巷道比较困难。本文通过对支护参数进行数值模拟优化以及现场实测等一系列研究技术手段,最终提出了新型一种比较创新的支护方式,即非对称布置加长锚杆与锚索分两次支护这一技术措施。首先通过锚杆进行第一次支护,然后第二次支护采用锚索与W型钢带联合支护。通过分析该巷道现场数据可以得到其围岩变形量被控制在有效区间之内,证实此次提出的支护方案有效可靠,可以为以后类似地质条件巷道控制其稳定性提供一定的参考价值。 Deep alleys, buried depth is larger, the original rock stress is higher, and the complex geological structures in the area is larger, the influence of surrounding rock is broken, supporting the roadway more difficult. This article through to the supporting parameters for numerical optimization, and a series of research and field testing technology, finally puts forward the new way of supporting a more innovation, namely the asymmetric arrangement extended bolt and anchor cable supporting the two technical measures. Through anchor rod support for the first time in the first place, then the second support using the pit bottom, together with W steel belt anchor cable. By analyzing the field data can get the deformation of surrounding rock of roadway is controlled within the effective range, confirmed the support plan put forward by the effective and reliable, can for future similar geological conditions provide certain reference value to control the stability of roadway.
