The Security Technical Transformation of Water Prevention and Control in Tianchi Coal Mine

防治水采取预防为主、分区隔离、疏堵结合、先急后缓的原则。针对存在的每一个隐患点采取有效可行的治理措施,力求杜绝地表水溃入井下,并对目前生产系统巷道与老空区可能存在的透水点进行隔绝处理。

Water prevention and control should take prevention first,partition and isolation,dredging and blocking,step by step as principles. Taking effective and reasonable measures to every existing hidden danger, prevent the permeation of surface water, and isolate deal with the permeable spots possibly exit in the current producing roadway and mined area.
