摘要
大兴线3、4、5号曲线异常磨耗的情况发生后,为保证行车安全,我处及时的采取了如下应对措施:首先是限速,即对行驶至该段线路的机车和车辆进行限速行驶;其次,组织相关人员组成调查小组,对钢轨的材质、机车和车辆的状况、同类曲线的线路状况进行深入调查,逐个分析比较,确认了曲线自身的状况是造成3条曲线异常磨耗的原因。根据《铁路线路修理规则》的规定,制定了符合曲线实际情况的技术标准,现场施工人员根据该技术标准对3条曲线的轨距、水平、高低、超高、加宽及曲线的圆顺性等进行综合性治理。施工完成后,线路状况符合该技术标准的要求。
After the inordinate wear of the 3rd 4th and 5th curve section of Daxing railway,to ensure the traffic safety our department take the measures below in time.Firstly, limiting the speed which means limit the speed of locomotive driving there,secondly, organizing personnel to research on the material of rail ,the situation of locomotive and condition of the same kind of curve section of railway,after comparison one by one,confirm the reasons of inordinate wear of these three curve section.According to the principle of railway repair built the technical standard met the situation,the construction crew take comprehensive treatment of gauge, level, discretion, superelevation,widen and the coordinately of curve of these three curve section.After construction,the situation of railway can meet the requirement of the technical standard.
