摘要
结合智能电网对智能家居的要求及我国智能家居产业现状,从全面性、典型性、客观性的原则,构建了评估家居智能用电水平的三级指标体系。该体系基于智能电网的特点,从自动化、信息化、互动化的角度,将评估目标分为家电智能化、用户与电力公司互动性、耗能信息可视化三个方面,并详细描述了各指标含义。然后提出了基于层次分析法(AHP)理论及图论知识的权重模型和基于模糊数学理论的模糊综合评价模型,并对两个实际智能小区的智能家居方面进行评估,结果表明该指标体系及评估方法较好的表现了两者的智能家居水平,符合其实际情况。
According to the requirements of smart home in smart grid environment and the situation of smart home in- dustry in China, a three-level index system for assessing the smart electricity consumption of smart home is built with three principles of comprehensiveness, typicality and objectivity. Based on the traits of automation, information and interactivity in smart grid, the index system is constructed with three aspects as intellectualization of home appliances, interactivity between users and power company, visualization of energy consumption information, and the detail de- scription of each index is given respectively. Then, the comprehensive weight model based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and graph theory and fuzzy comprehensive assessment model based on fuzzy mathematics is proposed to evaluate two intelligent communities about the aspects of smart home. And the results show that the index system and evaluation method have a better performance for the level of smart home in smart communities, which is in line with their actual situations.
