摘要
介绍了传统弯曲法杨氏模量实验仪的工作原理,对传统实验仪存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了基于千分表测量的改进方案。改进后的实验仪具有结构简单、操作方便的特点,它将千分表的精确测量与弯曲法测金属的杨氏模量巧妙地结合在一起,利用千分表直接读取横梁中心的下移量,从而计算出横梁的杨氏模量。通过比较改进前、后的测量结果发现,改进后试验误差极大降低。
The principle of measuring the Young's modulus based on bending method is introduced. After analyzing the problems of traditional experiment, an improved scheme is proposed based on the micrometer. After improved, it has the features of simple structure and operation. The instrument combines the accurate measurement of micrometer and the meas- urement of Young's modulus based on bending method. It directly uses micrometer to measure the displacement of beam center, and the Young's modulus of beam is obtained. By comparing measurements before and after improvement, the measurement error is dramatically reduced.
