摘要
采用振动注射和稳态注射的方法生产某品牌的空调遥控器外壳,然后分别对制品进行表征,对比研究引入振动力场后对制品弯曲强度、热学性能以及微观形貌的影响。结果表明,加入振动力场后,能提高制品中分子排列的有序性以及取向程度,与相同加工条件下的稳态注射成型相比,振动注射成型的制品弯曲强度、使用寿命以及热稳定性都得到了提高。
The air conditioner shells are produced by vibration injection and steady injection method. The influence of the vibration field on the bending strength, thermal properties and micro-structure of the products is compared. The results show that the order of the molecules and orientation degree can be improved by adding vibration. Compared with the steady injection under the same processing conditions, the bending strength, the service life and the thermal stability of the vibra- tion injection products have been improved.
