摘要
为快速有效提高高职网球专项技术水平,预防运动损伤,本研究将40名广州体育职业技术学院网球专项的学生随机分为实验班和对照班,进行为期16周的与网球专项技术相结合的核心力量训练。实验发现:实验班的学生核心力量测试结果、网球的技术评定结果都明显好于对照班,并且具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。该实验研究说明核心力量训练对大学生网球运动员技术水平提高影响比较大。研究认为在网球专项训练课中加入一定时间的体能训练是非常必要和有效的,可为其他开设网球专项课程的学校提供参考。
In order to improve the technical level of college tennis and prevent sports injury, 40 tennis students in Guangzhou Polytechnic of Sports are randomly divided into the experimental class and the control class, who are given a 16 - week core strength training combining with tennis skills. The study results show that core strength test results and tennis technical evaluation results of the experimental class students are significantly better than the control class ( P 〈 0.05). The experimental study shows that core strength training can improve the technical level of college tennis players. This study indicates that adding certain time physical training in tennis special training course is very necessary and effective, which can provide references for other colleges to set up tennis curriculum.
