公共体育课教学中大学生体育审美能力的培养途径研究

Research on College Aesthetic Ability Cultivation Approach in Public PE Courses

通过文献资料法,分析在公共体育课中培养大学生体育审美能力的重要性,以及实施体育审美教育的基本原则,并在此基础上提出大学生体育审美能力的培养途径:面向学生开设体育美学课;使学生树立正确健康的美学观念;为学生营造美的教学氛围;培养体育美的表现能力和创造能力。

Through literature method, this paper analyzes the importance of cu]tivating college students＇ aesthetic ability, as well as the basic principles to implement sports aesthetic education. Based on the above, it puts forward the approaches of aesthetic ability enhancement： offer Sports aesthetics courses for students; enable students to establish correct and healthy aesthetic concepts ; create an atmosphere of beauty for students ; cultivate expressive and creative ability for sport aesthetics.
