摘要 文章采用文献资料法,对高校女生散打教育对女生健身和防身能力的提高展开研究。研究认为:把具有搏击性质的散打作为高校女生体育教学内容,有助于提高女生安全自卫能力、体育健身兴趣。针对性地抽取散打中的相关技能动作,对训练女大学生的体能和提高体质具有直接地作用,并能有效培养其在危急时刻灵活运用技能自卫的能力,起到一举两得的良好教学效果。 By using literature research method, this paper studies on the improvement of female students' fitness and self - defense ability by free combat education. It concludes that adding free combat into the teaching contenl for college girls' PE can improve their self - defense ability and body building interests. The targeted selection of related free combat movements could be very effective in training female students' fitness and improving their body condition. At the same time, it can also enhance their self- defense ability when in danger.
