角色转换带来的困境与机遇——体育专业毕业生从事教师职业

摘要 体育专业的毕业生从学生角色转换到体育教师的角色,面临着理论脱离实践、实践滞后于理论等困境。而同种境况下,具备一定理论的毕业生拥有发挥其价值的机遇。面临角色转换带来的困境与机遇应,扎实理论与体育专业技能,培养体育学科应有的自信,具备专项技能的同时兼具理论思维,对体育专业毕业生实现自身价值具有一定的可行性。 Sport majors are facing dilemmas such as theory and practice separation when transferring from students to teachers. Under the same condition, graduates holds certain theoretical knowledge always get the opportunities to realize their values. In order to face the dilemma and opportunities, sport graduates should do the following to realize their own values: to lay strong theoretical and practical professional knowledge and skills, to build confidence for sport, to improve theoretical thinking while holding sport skills.
