摘要
本文主要阐述了作者习武的一些切身体会,针对当前社会武术健身存在的一些问题,厘清习武之路,辨识健身内容,权衡先后与轻重,希望习武之人少走弯路,科学健身。
This paper mainly illustrates some Wushu experiences of the author. Focusing on the problems existed in Wushu nowadays, the paper clarifies the Wushu learning road, distinguishes the body building contents, anti balances the sequences. The aim is to guide Wushu participators to a scientific training way.
