摘要 抗阻训练是促进健康的一个重要方式,合理地运用抗阻训练能够提高普通人群和专业运动员的力量、爆发力和运动表现。本文采用文献资料对抗阻训练计划的组成部分进行分析,同时针对初学者、提高者和运动员如何使用抗阻训练提高力量、爆发力以及运动表现提出相关建议。 Resistance exercise is an important part to promote health and fitness regimen. The reasonable usage of this exercise will help to improve the strength and power for general health and improve athletic performance. This paper reviews the literature on the components of a resistance exercise program and the recommendations for increasing strength, power and sports performance for beginner, advanced and athletics.
