摘要
海洋科技与海洋产业相互作用,两者的协调发展是海洋经济可持续发展和高质量发展的必要条件。建立海洋科技与海洋产业的耦合模型,对两者间的耦合协调度和协调发展类型进行研究,结果表明,中国沿海地区海洋科技与海洋产业整体处于高水平耦合阶段,但地区间的科技水平、产业发展水平和耦合协调发展类型存在明显差异。通过SPSS系统聚类法,沿海地区海洋科技与海洋产业协调发展水平可分为三类:第一类包括山东、广东、上海,海洋科技实力较强,海洋产业发展水平较高,两个系统之间呈良性协调发展;第二类包括江苏、天津、浙江、福建、辽宁,海洋产业发展较快,海洋科技发展滞后于产业发展,一定程度上影响了系统间的协调作用,处于中度耦合协调;第三类包括河北、广西、海南,由于海洋支柱产业和资源环境特点导致这些地区海洋科技发展水平偏低,明显滞后于海洋产业的发展,处于低度耦合协调。
The interaction between marine science and technology and marine industry tends to be a coupling relationship. Their coordinated development determines the quality and sustainable development of marine economy. Based on the coupling degree model of marine S&T and marine industry,the coupling degree and the coupling coordination degree have been put forward. The results show that the coupling degrees of coastal regions are generally at a high level, however, there obviously exists regional disparity in the level of development in marine S&T, marine industry and the type of coordination. Further analysis is based on the cluster analysis of SPSS, which classifies coastal regions into three types.
