摘要
高等教育类型决定高等教育的人才培养类型,高职本科培养技术型人才是由其类型决定的。依据技术型人才培养类型的内涵要求,确定技术型人才培养定位模型开发原则,建构技术型人才培养定位模型。定位模型呈魔方型结构,由素质结构、课程结构、教学路径结构构成。素质结构主要包括通识素质、专业素质、技术创新素质;课程结构由通识课程、专业课程、实践课程组成;课程实施的教学路径为课堂教学、车间教学、社会(田野)调查。
The type of higher education decides the talent cultivation type of higher education, the bachelor-level higher vocational education should cultivate technical talents according to its type. According to the connotation of technical talents, the development principles and model for talent cultivation orientation of technical talents was established. The model has the structure of magic square, which is composed of quality structure, curriculum structure and teaching path structure. The quality structure mainly comprises general quality, professional quality and technical innovation quality; the curriculum structure mainly comprises of general courses, professional courses and practical courses; the teaching path for curriculum implementation includes classroom teaching, workshop teaching and field survey.
