摘要 中国特色现代学徒制应然表现为实现校企双主体协同育人,实施招生招工一体化,采取工学结合的人才培养模式,拥有校企共建共享的教师队伍。针对现代学徒制实施中政府的支持力度有待进一步加强、行业企业的参与力度有待进一步提升和师资队伍的匹配程度有待进一步提高的实然困境,应从求新、求真、求实三条途径来建立和完善中国特色现代学徒制,即转变思想观念和创新思维方式,政府规范引导和行业协调参与,学校和企业扎扎实实地开展合作。 The current modern apprentice ship system with Chinese characteristics features to achieve dual-subject cooperation between schools and enterprise, to implement the integration between admissions and employments, to adopt a talent training mode by combining work with study, and to construct teaching teams based on school-enterprise joint effort. In order to solve the problems existing in the implementation of modem apprenticeship, such as, government support needs to be further strengthened, the participation of industrial enterprises should be more active, and the proportion between teachers and students are preferably more reasonable, this paper suggests to establish and optimize the current apprentice ship system from the perspectives of novelty, truth-seeking and truth-seeking. That is, only by changing ideas and transforming thinking patterns, government standardizing its guidance and the industry par6cipating in an integrated manner, can schools and enterprises cooperate well.
