摘要
利用离散元软件EDEM对电铲铲斗的挖掘过程进行模拟,得到更逼近实际的挖掘载荷.然后将仿真结果加载到铲斗有限元模型上,再进行有限元分析,得到铲斗的应力和变形分布情况.为铲斗的开发设计及优化提供依据.
To simulate the mining process of excavator buckets by using a discrete element SOlt- ware EDEM, more closer to the actual mining load is obtained. The simulation results are put a load into the bucket on the finite element model to carry on the finite element analysis, the deformation and stress distributions of the bucket are gotten,which provide a basis for the design and optimization of buckets.
