新疆地区中等职业教育与经济增长关系的实证研究 被引量:9

摘要 通过对当前新疆中等职业院校专业设置与产业结构的协同性进行分析,并运用协整分析及Granger因果检验的方法对新疆及全国2000-2013年中等职业教育投入与GDP之间是否存在着长期稳定的因果关系进行检验分析。研究结果表明,新疆中等职业教育专业设置和招生录取情况与产业布局不匹配;新疆的中等职业教育与地区的经济增长具有长期稳定的均衡关系,中等职业教育对经济发展具有一定的促进作用,且拉动经济的作用高于全国平均水平;新疆与全国的中职教育投入与经济增长均分别互为因果关系。基于此,应提高新疆中等职业教育专业结构与产业结构的匹配度,加强政府引导、提高职业教育社会认可度,改变南北疆职业教育发展不均衡的状况。 This paper analyze the coordination of the secondary vocational college' s specialty settings and the industrial structure in Xinjiang , also inspect and analyze whether there is a long-term stable causality between secondary vocational education input and GDP of Xinjiang and nation from 2000 to 2013 through the Co-integrating Analysis and the Granger Causes and Effects Examination Theory. The research shows that the specialty setting and enrollment situation of secondary vocational education do not match with the industrial distribution, there is a long-term and stable balanced relation between vocational education and economic growth in Xinjiang, and the secondary vocational education has a certain role in promoting economic development, and the stimulation of vocational education to the economy growth in Xinjiang is higher than that of the whole country. Based on that, it is necessary to improve the matching between specialty and industrial structure, strengthen the government guidance, improve social satisfaction to vocational education and change the imbalanced development of vocational education in northern and southern Xinajing.
