核心竞争力视域下高职示范校建设实践研究

Research on the Practice of the Construction of Demonstration School in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Core-competitiveness

运用核心竞争力的相关理论,以辽宁某省级高职示范校建设为研究对象,在分析高职院校核心竞争力内涵、构成要素以及示范校建设对提升高职院校核心竞争力重要作用的基础上,对高职示范校建设进行实践研究,解决如何管理示范校建设项目和从哪些方面建设示范校的问题,为其他高职示范校建设提供借鉴。

On the theory of core-competitiveness, a provincial higher vocational in Liaoning as the research object, based on practical research, combined with the theoretical research. By analyzing the connotation and basic elements of the core-competitiveness of higher vocational colleges and the importance of the construction of demonstration schools to en- hance the core-competitiveness of higher vocational colleges, the practical research on the construction of demonstration schools, to solve how to manage the construction projects of demonstration schools and how to build demonstration schools problem. It is concluded that the demonstration school construction is an important way to enhance the core-competitiveness of higher vocational colleges and provide reference for other higher vocational demonstration schools.
