欠发达地区高职院校社会服务创新发展模式的构建

The Construction of Social Service Innovation Development Model of Higher Vocational Colleges in Less Developed Regions

欠发达地区的高职院校依托于特定的地域、特定的产业布局和人文环境,其社会服务的内涵、组织形态和特点不同于发达地区高职院校和一普通高校。当前欠发达地区高职院校一方面面临社会服务开展的紧迫性,另一方面又面临社会服务开展的诸多问题和困难,鉴于社会服务中资源信息共享、组织管理、服务路径的重要性,从建设一个资源信息综合管理平台、统筹三类管理、重点创新四种路径等方面提出社会服务新模式。

Higher vocational colleges in less developed areas are attached to specific areas, specific industrial layout and human environment,its social service, histomorphology and characteristics in less developed areas is different from that of the general university and higher vocational colleges in developed areas and general universities. On the one hand, the higher vocational colleges are facing the urgency of the development of social services, on the other hand, it faces many prob- lems and difficulties in the development of social services. In view of the importance of resource information sharing, organi- zation management and service path ,we put forward a new model of social service from four aspects： the construction of a comprehensive management platform of resource information, the overall planning of the three types of management, and the focus on innovation.
