以校企耦合渗透推进高职院校办学改革

产教融合、校企合作是职业教育发展的黄金律。研究发现,升格后高职院校办学目标、招生制度、课程体系等没有跳出普通教育的圈子。高职院校没有实现校企利益对接,企业校企合作内生动力不足,校企合作没有形成利益责任共同体。为解决这一问题,可以构建校企功能互补耦合、教育责任拓展、业务相向渗透的深度合作模式,具体改革路径是:建立政行企校合作共同体,改革高职院校招生制度,制定校企人员互聘交流和实习管理责任分担制度,加强政策支持和立法保障。

The fusion of production and education and university-enterprise cooperation is the Golden rule for vocational education development. The study found that higher vocational colleges＇ education goals, enrollment system, curriculum system haven＇ t jump out of the ordinary education circles after upgrading. It doesn＇ t form the interests docking between university and enterprise, there is insufficient endogenous impetus driving university-enterprise cooperation and It doesn＇ t form the interests and responsibility community. Therefore, the school-enterprise cooperation should try to build the deep cooperation model that university and enterprise complementary with each other, work integration and coupling education responsibility development. The research put forward to establish university- enterprise cooperation community, reform higher vocation colleges enrollment system, develop communication and practice management and duty share system for university-enterprise cooperation, and strengthen the policy support and legislative guarantee.
