摘要
调查发现,以往"双师型"教师认定标准存在局限,集中表现在素质标准缺乏服务精神和心理素质考核、专业标准缺失专业贡献考核与对学生应用开发能力培养的指标、资格标准缺失学生与企业对"双师型"教师认可的衡量。基于学生需求完善"双师型"教师认定标准刻不容缓。必须进一步拓展素质标准的内涵,加强服务精神和心理素质的考核;深化专业标准的内容,加强"双师型"教师的专业贡献和学生应用开发能力培养的考核;建立双资格标准,以此来引导、规范和促进"双师型"教师队伍持续建设,切实提高职业教育质量。
According to the survey, there exist limitations in the recognition of "dual-qualification" teachers, which includes the lack of service spirit and psychological qualiW assessment in quality standand, lack of professional contribution assessment and cultivation of students' ability of application development indicators in professional standards, lack of students and enterprises measuring teachers recognition in qualification standard. Based on the needs of the students, it is urgent to improve the standard for recognition of "dualqualification" teachers: to further expand the connotation of quality standards and strengthen the service spirit and psychological quality assessment; deepen professional standards and strengthen the training of dual-qualification teachers and students with professional application development capability assessment; to establish the dual-qualification standards, so as to guide, regulate and promote the continuous construction ofdual-quahfication teachers and improve the quality of vocational education practically.
