After the abundant imagination and creativity of each ethnicity, many folk arts were left for us. Color is one of the main elements of these works. When people cognate something, color often form the most direct and the most intense stimulation to human senses. With the continuous development of the modern printing and dyeing technology, more and more folk art colors are widely used. The concept of folk art color, characteristic and application in the modem printing and dyeing technology were described in details.
