国内学界关于社会组织环境冲突治理功能的研究述评

A Domestic Literature Review on Function of Social Organizations in Environmental Conflict Governance

国内学术界从主要功能、现实阻碍和优化路径等方面对社会组织的环境冲突治理功能进行研究。从研究取向上看,国内学界关于社会组织环境冲突治理功能的研究逐渐超越了公民社会与法团主义的理想化框架,与更为积极务实的国家治理转向相契合。毋庸置疑,这些研究为拓展社会组织参与环境冲突治理问题的广度和深度提供了一定的基础与资源,也为未来的研究指明了一定方向。但是,今后的研究还需在理论构建、系统性提升以及功能互动研究等方面做进一步的拓展与深化。

At present, the study of domestic academia on function of social organizations in environmental conflict governance mainly involves the following aspects： main functions, realistic obstacles, optimized paths and so on. From the view of study orientation, domestic studies transcend the idealized framework of civil society and corporatism. And the domestic study orientation may correspond to national governance which is more active and pragmatic. Obviously, those studies provide some foundations and resources for expanding the breadth and depth of problem： social organizations participate in environmental conflict governance. Those studies also point out directions about how to carry out future studies. However, in the future, domestic scholars still need to expand and deepen their study according to the following aspect： construction of theory, promotion of systematic study and study of function interaction.
