机匣周向槽抽吸影响跨声速压气机转子性能的数值研究 被引量:2

Numerical Simulation of Transonic Compressor Rotor Performance Affected by the Casing Circumferential Groove Suction

摘要 利用数值模拟的方法对跨声速压气机模拟分析。针对叶尖流道中因激波及叶尖泄漏涡等导致的复杂二次流动,利用叶尖周向抽吸槽改善跨声速压气机叶尖流动状态。其结果表明:在近失速工况下叶尖周向抽吸槽有效削弱了叶尖低能损失流动,在合理范围内大流量抽吸会使抽吸效果更好。 Study of numerical simulation has been done to investigate a transonic compressor rotor's performance. The complicated secondary flow exists nearby the casing with the reasons of passage shock and tip leakage vortex. So, the circumferential casing slot is used to improve the transonic compressor's flow field near by the casing. The result shows that the circumferential casing slot could weaken the leakage loss in the near stall condition. And the effect will be better while the suction mass flow increases in a suitable range.
