摘要
以二硫代二乙酸(DTDGA)与乙二醇(EG)单体为原料,对甲苯磺酸(PTSA)为催化剂,采用熔融缩聚法合成了聚二硫代二乙酸乙二醇酯,成功地将二硫键引入到聚酯中,研究了反应温度及反应时间对分子量的影响,并用凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)、热失重(TG)、核磁共振(1 H-NMR)分析方法对产物进行表征。
In this article,dithiodiacetic acid and ethylene glycol were utilized to synthesize polyethylene dithiobisalate with p-toluenesulfonic acid as catalyst by melt polycondensation,introducing the disulfide bond into the polyester successfully.The influence of reaction temperature and reaction time on the molecular weight was investigated and the obtained products were characterized by GPC,TG and 1 H-NMR.
