公平正义是社会主义的本质规定和内在要求,是中国共产党的重要政治主张和奋斗目标。共享发展作为五大发展理念的出发点和落脚点,具有丰富的理论蕴涵、鲜明的问题意识、强烈的实践指向,它为社会公平正义的实现指明了总体方向,提供了方法论指导。坚持共享发展,从利益调节、制度保障、动力促进、依法监督和思想引导等五大机制入手,可为实现社会公平正义提供坚实的物质基础、制度保障和精神支撑。

Fairness and justice is not only the essence and intrinsic requirement of socialism but also the important polit- ical views and goal of the Communist Party of China. As the starting point and ultimate goal of the rive development con- cepts, shared development has rich theoretical implication, clear issue consciousness and strong practical direction. It points out the overall direction and provides the methodology guidance for the realization of social equity and justice. Commitment to shared development can provide solid material basis, system safeguard and spirit support for the achievement of social eq- uity and justice through interest adjustment, system safeguard, motive promotion, law supervision and ideological guidance.
