应用型本科高校创业师资能力短板管窥

A Restricted View to the Short Board of Entrepreneurship Teacher Capacities in Application-oriented Universities

应用型本科高校加强创新创业教育是推进创新型国家建设、提升大学生综合素质、深化高等教育改革的根本需要。以新木桶理论视角看,应用型本科高校创业教育师资能力存在创业教育教学能力"桶底"之漏、创业实践能力"桶壁"之短、创业指导与服务能力"桶缝"之隙等困境,应用型本科高校应多举措提升创业教育教学能力,强化创业师资实践能力建设,搭建平台促进创业指导与服务能力建设。

Strengthening the innovation and entrepreneurship education is the fundamental requirement of promoting the construction of innovative country, improving the comprehensive quality of college students and deepening the reform of higher education in application-oriented universities. From the perspective of new barrel theory,there exist some diifieulties in the capacities of entrepreneurship teachers in application-oriented universities, such as： the loophole of ＂the bottom of the barrel＂in the teaching ability of entrepreneurship education, the shortcoming of ＂barrel wall＂ in the practical ability of en- trepreneurship and the deficiency of ＂barrel gap＂ in entrepreneurial guidance and service capability etc..The application-ori- ented universities should take more measures to improvethe teaching ability of entrepreneurship education, strengthen the construction of the practical ability of entrepreneurship teachers and establish platform to promote the construction of en- trepreneurship guidance and service capability.
