摘要
[目的]建立紫外可见分光光度法测定龙胆中总黄酮含量的方法。[方法]通过微波辅助双水相提取龙胆中总黄酮类化合物,采用紫外可见分光光度法,以芦丁作为对照品,测定其含量。[结果]黄酮类化合物浓度在10.4~73.0μg/m L,其吸光度与浓度有良好的线性关系;该方法的精密度、重复性和加样回收率的RSD值分别为0.30%、1.31%、2.27%。[结论]该方法准确、快速、重复性好,可以用于测定龙胆中总黄酮类化合物。
[ Objective] The research aimed to establish a method for determination of the total flavonoids from Radix Gent/anae. [ Method ] The total flavonoids in Radix Gentianae were extracted by microwave-assisted aqueous two-phase. The contents of total flavonoids were determined by UV -visible spectrophotometry with rutin as the reference substance. [ Result ] The method was a good linear at the range of 10.4 -73.0 μg/mL of the total flavonoids. The RSD values of the precision test, reproducibility experiment and the recovery rate test were 0.30%, 1.31% ,2.27%, respectively. [ Conclusion]The method is accurate, rapid and reproducible ,and can be used to determine the total flavonoids from Radix Gentianae.
