摘要 目的:分析脂蛋白(a)和同型半胱氨酸诊断冠心病的意义。方法:抽取来某院治疗的100例冠心病患者(2015年1月~2016年7月)以及40例同期健康体检者(对照组)作为本次实验的目标对象,结合病情严重程度将100例患者分为3组[SAP(稳定型心绞痛)35例,UAP(不稳定型心绞痛)32例,AMI(急性心肌梗死)33例],所有研究对象均检测脂蛋白(a)和同型半胱氨酸,分析比较100例患者以及40例健康体检者脂蛋白(a)和同型半胱氨酸的检测结果。结果:100例冠心病患者脂蛋白(a)和同型半胱氨酸的检测结果显著高于40例健康体检者,P<0.05;AMI组患者脂蛋白(a)和同型半胱氨酸的检测结果显著高于SAP组、UAP组患者,P<0.05;且UAP组脂蛋白(a)和同型半胱氨酸的检测结果亦显著高于SAP组患者,P<0.05。结论:脂蛋白(a)和同型半胱氨酸诊断冠心病具有十分显著的临床意义,可为临床医师分析、评估病情提供依据。 Objective: To investigate the significance of lipoprotein (a) and homocysteine in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease. Methods: 100 patients with coronary heart disease (January 2015-July 2016) and 40 healthy subjects (control group) were selected as the research subjects. The patients were divided into three groups (35 patients with stable angina), 32 patients with UAP (unstable angina) and 33 patients with AMI (acute myocardial infarction). All the subjects examined lipoprotein (a) and Homocysteine was used to analyze the results of detection of lipoprotein (a) and homocysteine in 100 patients and 40 healthy subjects. Results. The detection results of lipoprotein (a) and homocysteine in 100 patients with coronary heart disease were significantly higher than those in 40 healthy subjects (P〈0.05). The detection of lipoprotein (a) and homocysteine in AMI group (P〈0.05), and the results of lipoprotein (a) and homocysteine in UAP group were significantly higher than those in SAP group (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Lipoprotein (a) and homocysteine have a significant clinical significance in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease, which can provide the basis for clinicians to analyze and evaluate the condition.
