手术麻醉中气管插管与喉罩麻醉方式的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Tracheal Intubation and Laryngeal Mask Anesthesia in Surgical Anesthesia

目的:探析手术麻醉中气管插管同喉罩麻醉的临床实效。方法:选取某院2014年11月~2015年11月所收治的106例手术患儿为本次研究对象,将其以随机法分为对照组及观察组,其中对照组53例给予其气管插管麻醉,观察组53例给予其喉罩麻醉。对两组患儿心率、拔管时间、清醒时间、动脉压情况及并发症发生情况进行对比。结果:在心率、拔管时间、清醒时间、动脉压情况及并发症发生情况上,观察组患儿均明显优于对照组,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:喉罩麻醉较气管插管麻醉具有更好麻醉效果,可在临床麻醉中大力推广。

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of tracheal intubation and laryngeal mask anesthesia in surgical anesthesia. Methods： A total of 106 children who underwent surgery from November 2014 to November 2015 were selected as the control group and the observation group. Fifty-three patients in the control group were treated with trachea intubation anesthesia, observation group of 53 patients, given its laryngeal mask anesthesia. The heart rate, extubation time, awake time, arterial pressure and complication were compared between the two groups. Results： The heart rate, extubation time, awake time, arterial pressure and the occurrence of complications of the observation group were significantly better than thos of the control group, with statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion. Laryngeal mask anesthesia has better anesthesia effect than tracheal intubation anesthesia and can be popularized in clinical anesthesia.
