无缝隙护理管理在减少妇产科院内感染中应用效果分析

Effect of Seamless Nursing Management on Reducing the Effect of Infection in Obstetrics and Gynecology

目的:分析无缝隙护理管理在减少妇产科院内感染中应用效果。方法:选取某院妇产科住院患者50例,收治时间在2014年5月~2015年10月期间,并将妇产科住院患者随机分为两组(观察组和对照组),观察组患者采用无缝隙护理管理,对照组患者采用常规护理管理,将两组患者进行管理后的妇产科院内感染发生率与总满意度进行对比。结果:观察组患者管理后妇产科院内感染发生率8.00%显著低于对照组患者妇产科院内感染发生率36.00%,观察组患者的总满意度96.00%显著高于对照组患者的总满意度56.00%(P<0.05)。结论:给予妇产科住院患者采用无缝隙护理管理,不仅能有效减少妇产科院内感染发生率,还能增加患者对护理管理的满意度,促进患者尽早恢复,值得在妇产科进一步推广及运用。

Objective： To analyze the effect of seamless nursing management in reducing the infection in obstetrics and gynecology hospital. Methods： Fifty patients with obstetrics and gynecology hospital were selected from May 2014 to October 2015. The patients were randomly divided into two groups （observation group and control group）. The observation group were treated with seamless nursing management and the control group were treated with routine nursing management, and the incidence of infection and the total satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results： The incidence of nosocomial infection in the obstetrics and gynecology group was significantly lower than that in the control group （36.00%）. The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （96.00%） 56.00% （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion. Seamless nursing management not only effectively reduces the incidence of nosocomial infection in obstetrics and gynecology hospital, but also increases the satisfaction of nursing patients and promote the recovery of patients as soon as possible. It is worth to be further promoted in obstetrics and gynecology and use.
