摘要 对于当前社会信息化技术发展的前提下,基于CAN总线技术,分析设计车载故障诊断系统的需求,并基于SAE J1939协议,从系统需求分析、总体结构、功能设计、CAN总线设计、硬件、软件代码设计方面优化设计实现车载故障诊断系统。结果证实,基于CAN设计车载故障诊断系统,可以提升系统在诊断车载故障时的准确率,提升34.0%,可以在线完成对车辆故障的诊断工作,发挥积极应用性能。结论表明,基于CAN技术设计实现车载故障诊断系统,满足实际应用需求,发挥积极设计实现效益,可以在实践中推广该系统设计方案。 In the context of the current society of the development of the information technology, based on the CAN bus technology. Analysis design of vehicle fault diagnosis system of demand, and based on SAE J1939 protocol, from the system requirements analysis, overall structure, functional design, design of CAN bus, the hardware and the software code design aspects of optimization design of vehicle fault diagnosis system. The results confirmed that the design of vehicle fault diagnosis system based on the CAN bus can be lifting system in vehicle fault diagnosis accurate rate and enhance the 34.0%, can be completed online vehicle fault diagnosis, and play an active application performance. Conclusion shows that the vehicle fault diagnosis system based on CAN technology can meet the needs of practical application, and play an active design to achieve benefits. It can promote the design of the system in practice.
