仓外移动式磷化铝投药装置的研制及效果评价

Development and Effect Evaluation of Outside the Warehouse of Mobile Aluminium Phosphide Dosing Device

针对现有粮食使用磷化铝熏蒸方式的不足,设计一种仓外移动式磷化铝投药装置,并以稻谷、小麦等不同品种粮食进行熏蒸验证试验。结果表明,仓外移动式磷化铝投药装置投药安全可靠,操作简便易行,环流浓度分布均匀,且设备价格低廉,是一种值得推广的新型熏蒸设备。根据小麦的熏蒸试验结果,采用二次投药的方式可延长PH_3有效浓度的持续时间,在投放等量磷化铝的条件下能够达到更好的熏蒸效果。

In view of the existing deficiency of the current method of aluminium phosphide fumigation in warehousing enter- prises,a kind of outside the warehouse of mobile aluminium phosphide dosing device was designed in this paper. The device had many advantages was proved through fumiga tration of safety and reliability,simple operation, tion experiment of different varieties of rice and wheat,such as the adminis- uniform distribution of circulation and low investment. In virtue of these ad- vantages,the device is a worth popularizing new fumigation equipment. According to the results of the wheat fumigation,the duration of the two dosing method can be extended the effective concentration of PH3,through this kind of method could achieve better fumigation effect under the conditions of the same aluminum phosphide.
