数据库价格暴涨及版权保护对科研人员获取文献信息有直接的显著性影响。科研人员既是学术文献的生产者也是使用者,对学术传播系统可持续发展起着重要作用。文章调研中国科学院科研人员对数据库和数据商的态度,分析学术界与数据商之间的利益冲突,提出平衡双方利益的建议。

Database price and copyright protection have a direct significant impact on researchers in obtaining information literature. As academic information producers and users, researchers play a very important role in sustainable development of scholarly communication system. By surveying the attitudes and behavior of some researchers from Chinese Academy of Science on database and database publishers through questionnaire, this paper analyzes the conflicts of interest between researchers and database publishers, and proposes some suggestions for balancing the interest of both sides.
