椎间孔镜技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的:观察椎间孔镜技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果。方法:选取2015年5月-2016年5月笔者所在医院收治的腰间盘突出症患者72例,按随机数表法分为两组,各36例。对照组实施保守治疗,观察组实施椎间孔镜术治疗。比较两组VAS、JOA、ODI评分。结果:治疗后1、3个月,观察组VAS、ODI评分较对照组明显低,JOA评分明显高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予腰椎间盘突出患者椎间孔镜技术治疗可缓解患者疼痛程度,促进关节功能恢复。 Objective: To observe the efficacy of percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy(PTED) in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Method: 72 LDH patients admitted into our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 Were divided into two groups by random number table, 36 cases in each group.The control group took conservative treatment, the observation group took PTED. The VAS score, JOA score and ODI score of the two groups were compared.Result: After treatment for 1 month and 3 months, the VAS, ODI scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and JOA score significantly higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion: PTED for treating LDH patients can relieve patients' pain degree and promote recovery of joint function.
