高血压合并阵发性心房颤动者心脏超声特征

Characteristics of Cardiac Uhrasonography in Patients with Hypertension Complicated with Paroxysmal Atrial Fibrillation

目的:探讨高血压合并阵发性心房颤动者的心脏超声特征。方法:挑选2011年8月-2013年12月笔者所在医院收治的43例高血压合并心房颤动患者为观察组,并以同期笔者所在医院收治的43例高血压患者作为对照组,两组都执行心脏超声检查,对比两组患者的心脏超声特征。结果:对比两组患者的E/A比值与左房内径,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对比两组患者的LVEDD与IVS/LVPW,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:高血压合并阵发性心房颤动患者,因为高血压导致心脏结构形态出现改变,同时也导致生理指标出现程度不同的改变,左心房出现扩大。

Objective： To investigate the characteristics of cardiac uhrasonography in patients with hypertension complicated with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.Method： From August 2011 to December 2013, 43 patients with hypertension complicated with atrial fibrillation were treated as observation group.43 patients with hypertension treated in the same period were taken as control group. All patients underwent cardiac ultrasonography.The cardiac ultrasound features were compared between the two groups of patients.Result： The E/A ratio and the diameter of the left atrium of the two groups were statistically different（P〈0.05）. There were no significant differences in LVEDD and IVS/LVPW between the two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion： In hypertension patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation, hypertension not only causes structural changes in cardiac morphology, but also leads to changes in physiological indicators of varying degrees, the left atrial is enlargement.
