参芪扶正注射液联合艾迪注射液治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床意义

Clinical Significance of Shenqifuzheng Injection Joint Eddy Injection for Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

目的探讨化疗基础上使用参芪扶正注射液联合艾迪注射液治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的意义。方法按本研究相关标准纳入70例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者,按双盲法分为对照组(GP化疗+艾迪注射液)和观察组(GP化疗+艾迪注射液+参芪扶正注射液)。对比2组CR+PR率(完全缓解+部分缓解)、治疗前后症状评分、治疗前后T细胞亚群和血常规主要指标变化,使用卡氏评分评估患者生活质量,对比治疗后2组卡氏评分提高稳定率。结果观察组CR+PR率为51.43%,与对照组(42.86%)无统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗后观察组自汗、乏力分值均显著降低,且低于对照组(P均<0.05)。治疗后观察组CD4、CD4/CD8均显著上升,且高于对照组(P均<0.05),而对照组CD4/CD8无明显变化(P>0.05)。治疗后观察组血小板、白细胞、血红蛋白无明显变化(P>0.05),而对照组均显著降低(P<0.05),且低于观察组(P<0.05)。观察组卡氏评分提高稳定率为88.57%,高于对照组(77.14%),P>0.05。结论2种治疗方法疗效相当,但加入参芪扶正注射液能提高患者免疫能力,缓解骨髓抑制,改善患者生活质量。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of shenqifuzheng injection joint eddy injection for advanced non-small cell lung cancer on the base of chemotherapy. Methods 70 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer,according to the double blind method were divided into the control group（ GP chemotherapy ＋ eddy injection） and the observation group（ GP chemotherapy ＋ eddy injection ＋ factors ginseng and astragalus injection）. CR ＋ PR rate（ complete response plus partial response）,symptom scores before and after the treatment,before and after treatment of T cell subgroup and routine blood main indicators of change,cartesian score evaluation patients quality of life,using cartesian score compared the 2 groups after treatment improve stability factor. Results In the observation group,CR ＋ PR rate was 51. 43%,and of the control group was 42. 86%,there had no statistical difference（ P〉0. 05）; Spontaneous sweating,fatigue scores after treatment of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group（ P〈0. 05）; In the observation group,after treatment CD4,CD4/CD8 were significantly increased,and higher than the control group（ P〈0. 05）,the control group of CD4/CD8 no significant change（ P〉0. 05）; After treatment platelets,white blood cells,hemoglobin of the observation group were higher than the control group（ P〈0. 05）,and the above indicators of the control group were significantly lower（ P〈0. 05）; Cartesian scores improve stability factor of the observation group was 88. 57%,which was higher than the control group（ 77. 14%）,P〉0. 05. Conclusion The 2 methods have similar treatment efficacy,but shenqifuzheng injection joint eddy injection can improve the patients＇ immune ability,alleviate bone marrow suppression,and improve patient quality of life.
