三维适形放疗治疗食管癌的应用与护理方式研究

Application of Three-dimensional Conformal Radiotherapy for Esophageal Cancer and Nursing Research

目的:研究分析三维适形放疗治疗食管癌的应用与护理方式。方法:选取笔者所在医院2014年5月-2016年5月食管癌患者124例分为两组。所有患者采用三维适形放疗治疗,其中常规组应用常规护理方式;优质组采用优质护理方式。比较两组患者食管癌治疗总有效率;护理前后负性情绪、生存状况、KPS评分;放射性食管炎、放射性皮炎等放疗并发症发生率。结果:优质组患者食管癌治疗总有效率显著高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理前,两组患者负性情绪、生存状况、KPS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。优质组护理后负性情绪、生存状况、KPS评分显著优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);优质组放射性食管炎、放射性皮炎等放疗并发症发生率显著比常规组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三维适形放疗治疗食管癌应用效果确切,辅以优质护理,可减轻患者负性情绪,减少放疗并发症的发生,促进患者健康水平和生活质量的提高,值得推广。

Objective： To study the application and nursing of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy for esophageal carcinoma.Method： 124 patients with esophageal cancer in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2016 were selected and divided into two groups.All patients were treated with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy, in which the routine group was treated with conventional nursing and the high quality group was treated with high quality nursing. The total effective rate of esophageal cancer was compared between the two groups.The negative emotion, survival condition, KPS score were compared before and after nursing.The incidence of complications including radiotherapy esophagitis and radiation dermatitis were compared.Result： The total effective rate of esophageal cancer in the high quality group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The negative emotion, survival condition and KPS score of the patients in the two groups were not significantly different before nursing（P〉0.05）.After high quality nursing, negative emotion, survival status, KPS score in the high quality group were significantly better than those in the conventional group（P〈0.05）.The radiation esophagitis, radiation dermatitis and other radiotherapy complications of the high quality group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy for esophageal cancer has good application effect, with good care, can alleviate the negative emotions of patients, reduce the radiotherapy complications, promote patients＇ health and improve the quality of life.It is worthy of promotion.
