肺癌患者化疗前后凝血、纤溶功能及血小板参数的临床变化分析

目的探讨肺癌患者化疗前后凝血、纤溶功能及血小板参数的临床变化。方法将32例肺癌患者作为研究对象(实验组),选取同时期进行健康体检的健康志愿者32例作为对照组。观察2组研究对象各项参数、化疗前后凝血、纤溶功能变化情况、血常规变化情况。结果实验组患者纤维蛋白原、血小板水平、血小板体积分布宽度、凝血酶原时间、部分凝血酶激活时间、凝血酶时间、D-二聚体均高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组化疗后纤维蛋白原、凝血酶原时间、部分凝血酶激活时间、凝血酶时间低于化疗前(P<0.05)。实验组化疗后血小板、血红蛋白、白细胞、红细胞水平低于化疗前(P<0.05)。结论肺癌患者化疗前后凝血、纤溶功能及血小板参数有一定的变化,化疗后会有所降低。

Objective To explore the clinical change of coagulation,fibrinolytic function, parameters of platelet in pa- tients with lung cancer before and after chemotherapy. Methods 32 cases of lung cancer were the experiment group, 32 cases of healthy volunteers were the control group. The various parameters, coagulation, fibrinolytic function, blood parameters of the 2 groups were observed. Results The fibrinogen, platelet level and platelet volume distribution width, prothrombin time, partial thrombin activation time, blood coagulation time, D-dimer of the experiment group were higher than the control group （P 〈 O. 05 ） ; The fibrinogen, prothrombin time, partial thrombin activation time, and clotting time of the experiment group before chemotherapy were lower than before treatment （P 〈 0.05 ） ;The level of platelet, hemoglobin, white blood cells and red blood cells of the experi- ment group were lower than before treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Coagulation, fibrinolytic function, parameters of platelet in patients with lung cancer before and after chemotherapy have certain change, it will be reduced after chemotherapy.
