68例皮肤恶性肿瘤与癌前病变的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 68 Cases of Skin Malignant Tumor and Precancerous Lesion

目的分析皮肤癌的临床病理学特点。方法回顾性分析68例皮肤癌患者的临床资料。结果 68名患者中,以皮肤鳞癌、皮肤基底癌和皮肤转移性肿瘤较多;男性较女性患者更易患有皮肤恶性肿瘤及癌前病变;皮肤基底癌、皮肤鳞癌、皮肤黑色素瘤、日光性角化病、增殖性红斑以男性患者为主;皮肤转移癌、蕈样肉芽肿、Bowen病以女性患者为主;特别是癌前病变患者多见于男性。面部以皮肤基底癌、皮肤鳞癌为主,躯干前部以皮肤鳞癌和皮肤转移癌为主,躯干后部以皮肤鳞癌为主,四肢以皮肤鳞癌,皮肤黑色素瘤为主,臀部以皮肤鳞癌为主,乳腺以皮肤鳞癌、皮肤黑色素瘤、蕈样肉芽肿及Bowen病为主。结论分析皮肤癌的临床病理学特点,更好地认识皮肤恶性肿瘤及皮肤癌前病的发病特点,为今后临床皮肤癌研究及治疗提供进一步临床理论依据。

Objective To analyze the clinicopathological features of skin cancer. Methods Retrospectively analysis of the clinical data of 68 cases of skin cancer were conducted. Results In 68 patients with skin squamous cell carcinoma, basal and skin cancer metastasis of tumors were more ;in gender distribution, male patients were more likely to suffer from malignant tumor and precancerous lesions in the skin than female patients ; basal carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma of the skin, skin melanin tumor,fluorescent keratosis, proliferative lupus were more likely to involving male patients ; skin metastasis cancer, mycosis fun- goides, Bowen~ disease were more likely to involving female patients;especially patients with precancerous lesions were more com- mon in men. In the distribution range, facial skin basal carcinoma main was squamous cell carcinoma of the skin, the front of the torso main was skin and skin squamous cell carcinoma metastatic carcinoma, torso back main was squamous cell carcinoma of the skin,limbs main was squamous cell carcinoma of the skin and skin melanoma, hip main was squamous cell carcinoma of the skin, breast main was squamous cell carcinoma of the skin, skin melanin tumor, mushroom like granuloma and Bowen~ disease. Conclu- sion Analyzing the clinical and pathological characteristics of skin cancer could help better understand the characteristics of skin malignant tumor and precancerous skin disease, and provide clinical basis for further treatment.
