摘要 针对高电压传输比的中大功率场合,研究设计了一种推挽全桥双向DC/DC变换器。研究了变换器的两种工作模式,升压侧选择Boost变换级联推挽的方式,采用变压器替代推挽侧电感改善了变换器升压启动的问题,降压侧结合移相全桥控制技术实现软开关。对主电路及控制驱动电路进行了详细设计并给出了电路主要参数。最后以C2000系列微处理器TMS320F28035为主控制器,设计制作了一台2 k W的实验样机,给出了相应的测试结果验证了可行性。 Aiming at medium and high power application with high voltage transfer ratio, this paper designs a push-pull full-bridge bidirectional DC-DC converter. It specifically studies two operating modes of the converter. The booster side adopts boost conversion cascade pushpull mode and a transformer is used in place of the inductor at the push-pull side to solve the boost start-up problem of the converter. At the step down side, phase-shifted control technology is applied to realize soft switching. It explains details about the design of the main circuit and control drive circuit, and gives main circuit parameters. Finally, using Series C2000 microprocessor TMS320F28035 as main controller, it designs and manufactures a 2kW experimental prototype, gives corresponding test results, and verifies its feasibility.
