刮水器的作用是扫除风窗玻璃上妨碍视线的雨水,保障驾驶员视野清晰,其功能可靠性对行车安全具有重要意义。防水设计是确保刮水器系统功能可靠的重点,拟从刮水器的工作环境来分析防水设计的必要性,进而提出合理的防水设计方案。

The function of wiper is sweeping away the rain on the windshield,to ensure the driver＇s vision clear, functional reliability is important for traffic safety. Seal design is important to ensure the reliable operation of wiper, this paper analyzes the necessity of seal design from the angle of the working environment, and then put for- word a rensonable sealing scheme.
