摘要
飞剪离合器摩擦片是飞剪的核心零件,通过对其磨损因素进行分析并制定相应的处理方案,对控制飞剪故障时间、降低生产成本具有重要意义。并在实际生产中,制定了相应的改进方案,延长了飞剪离合器摩擦片的更换周期,减少了飞剪离合器的磨损。
Clutch friction plate is the core part of the flying shear, it is important to analyze the wear characteristics of the clutch friction plate and to develop the corresponding optimization scheme to control the flying shear failure time and reduce the production cost. Based on the measured data and the wear theory,we analyzed the wear factors of the clutch friction plate, and develop the corresponding improvement scheme. Through the improved scheme, the replacement period of the clutch friction plates is prolonged, and the consumption of the clutch friction plate is reduced.
