摘要
在充分分析掘机动臂和斗杆的焊接生产基础上,提出了现有动臂柔性焊接系统进行技术改造的思路、难点及要点的解决方法,实现了机器人焊接产品由动臂到斗杆的转变。提升机器人设备利用率,可以改善结构件焊接品质。
