摘要
针对某电厂1000MW超超临界机组锅炉的水冷壁管道多处焊缝泄露现象,利用射线检测方法,在合理选择检测工艺的基础上,对管道焊缝进行了检测。结果在管道焊缝处发现纵向裂纹,且裂纹沿壁厚是由管道内壁向外壁扩展。所得结果为后续进一步优化焊接工艺,制定焊后热处理工序,防止管道焊缝再次产生裂纹,提供了实际依据。
In order to deal with the phenomenon of 1000mw ultra supercritical boiler water-wall pipe in weld leakage, this paper tested the pipe weld joint, using the RT based on the reasonable selection of testing process. The crack along the axis of the pipe is detected on the pipe weld joint, and growth along the tube wall from inner wall to external wall. The result is used for welding process, and avoiding the crack.
