摘要
针对国内红外焦平面产业发展现状,选取典型红外焦平面组件测试系统测试典型红外焦平面组件,对其典型参数进行不确定度评定。通过建立数学模型,分析计算影响测量不确定度的各个分量,分析不确定度的各个分量的合成方式,最后给出扩展不确定度。
Based on the domestic development of infrared focal plane industry, the typical infrared focal plane components test system is selected to test the parameters of the typical infrared focal plane components. The uncertainty of its typical parameters is evaluated. First, the mathematical model is established. Next, the each component that affected the uncertainty of measurement is analyzed and calculated. Then, the synthesis of each component of uncertainty is analyzed. Finally, the extended uncertainty is finallv given.
